Prism began as a simple idea between James and Caroline Pepper: cleaning should feel personal, consistent and genuinely supportive. After years of working in hygiene, welfare, construction, construction-logistics and health & safety, we saw how often cleaning was treated as a tick‑box exercise rather than an essential part of wellbeing and smooth operations.
We started Prism to change that. What began as a small, family‑run service has grown through trust, word‑of‑mouth and long‑term relationships. From the very beginning, our focus has been on doing things properly — understanding each client’s environment, listening to what matters and providing a service that people don’t need to chase or question.

His background in construction, site logistics and welfare shaped his belief that clean, well‑maintained spaces aren’t just important — they’re fundamental to people’s wellbeing. He brings structure, problem‑solving and a calm, practical approach to every project.

Caroline Pepper
Caroline has a strong foundation in hygiene, health & safety and service management.
